Cancellation & Rescheduling Policy:
Life happens — and I completely understand. To respect everyone’s time, including yours, please review the following:
48 Hours or More Notice
Cancellations or requests to reschedule made with 48 hours or more notice will not incur a fee.
Less Than 48 Hours’ Notice
Cancellations or requests to reschedule made with less than 48 hours’ notice will result in a charge of $75 plus a 3% processing fee , charged to the card on file.
Same-Day Cancellations or Reschedule Requests
Cancellations or requests to reschedule made on the day of the appointment will result in a charge of $150 plus a 3% processing fee, charged to the card on file.
No-Shows
No shows will not be permitted to schedule future appointments and will be charged 100% of the scheduled service cost plus a 3% processing fee, charged to the card on file.
For any appointments under $150, a 50% service fee plus 3% processing fee will apply.
Email and text confirmations are sent to give you the opportunity to reschedule in time if needed. I truly appreciate your understanding and respect for this policy.

Card on File:
A credit or debit card is required at the time of booking and is used solely to enforce the cancellation policy.
Your card will not be charged unless a cancellation or no-show fee applies.
Preferred and Fee-Free Payment Options:
• Zelle (Please ensure this is set up on your device and ready to use prior to your appointment)
• Cash
Credit Cards:
Clients who choose to use a card at checkout may do so; all major credit cards are accepted and
will incur a 3% processing fee at the time of payment.
No Children or Pets at Appointments
To preserve a serene, sanitary, and uninterrupted experience, children and pets are not permitted in the treatment space.
