Cancellation & Rescheduling
Cancellations or requests to reschedule made with 48 hours or more notice will not incur a fee.
Less than 48 hours notice will incur a $100 fee.
Same-Day cancellations or reschedule requests will incur a $150 fee.
No-Shows will not be permitted to schedule future appointments and will be charged 100% of the scheduled service cost.
Appointments under $150: 50% service fee will apply.
Email and text confirmations are sent to give you the opportunity to reschedule in time if needed.

Payment
Card on File:
A credit or debit card is required at the time of booking and is used solely to enforce the cancellation policy.
Your card will not be charged unless a cancellation or no-show fee applies.
Payment Options:
Payment is due at the time of your appointment.
Cash and Zelle receive a 3.5% courtesy discount, applied at checkout.
Card payments are processed at standard rates.
